“We bought a house in Lucca Centro in 2015 through Primo Piano Immobiliare. Our experience was excellent. They showed us several properties and helped us find the house we ultimately bought. They helped us negotiate a price that I still think was fair. As Americans without residency in Italy we had several hurdles to jump, including opening a bank account in Lucca, obtaining Codici Fiscali, and keeping everything together until we could return to close the transaction. They were physically there at all those steps to walk us through, so that when we returned to Lucca to see the Notaio for the Closing Contract everything was ready to go.
