Just a few words to thank you Benny, Isa and and your staff for the attention me and my father received in our search for a property to buy.
Initially we were interested in buying a house outside Lucca city center.
But after viewing property we listened to Benny’s suggestion and realized that buying an apartment inside the city center was our best target also because there would be no need for us to depend on a car. After viewing a few apartments Benny showed us a ground floor 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit, fully refurbished, with airconditioning and provided with outside space. We fell in love with and we bought it. Thank you PrimoPiano immobiliare for guiding us to an excellent investment, ideal to use and to let as short term vacation rental.
