My husband and I have always loved Italy and Lucca in particular has held a big space in our heart. So we contemplated purchasing a piece of We have known Isa and Benny for many years. They run “PrimoPiano immobiliare” a real estate agency, so we selected them to be our agents. Buying property in a foreign country can be a tough challenge, but Isa and Benny made the entire process very easy and enjoyable. They went above and beyond to help us meet Bankers and State officials to obtain our Codice Fiscale (tax id number needed to purchase property in Italy). Isa and Benny were not interested in selling us just any property. They wanted to make sure that we were making sound decisions every step of the way. They proved to be truly caring and professional and very generous with their time. In viewing property, they were patient with us until we finally stumbled on an amazing apartment inside Lucca city Walls. I cannot say enough positive things about Isa and Benny.
We highly recommend anyone who is searching for property in Lucca and in other areas of Tuscany to visit Primo Piano immobiliare.
I can assure you that with the help of this dynamic duo and of their staff your dream house will come true.
